At Makarim School, the Extended Day Program provides learners with an enriching and engaging environment beyond the regular school hours. Designed to complement the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), the program encourages creativity, exploration, and practical skill development through hands-on, interest-based activities. It caters to learners from Early Childhood (ECD) through Primary 7 and embraces the principles of holistic education, inclusion, and global citizenship.
Our after-school programs offer opportunities for learners to discover and develop their unique talents while applying classroom learning to real-life experiences. Each session is carefully guided by trained facilitators who inspire curiosity, collaboration, and self-confidence.
Learners explore rhythm, melody, and creative expression through singing, percussion instruments, and basic music theory. Performing arts sessions include drama and movement, helping students build confidence, teamwork, and self-expression in a supportive environment.
